“ACGC 2008 Is not just a normal convention but is actually a platform full of fun & activities which introduce a more informative and educational tools to the world of creativity and culture in animation, comic and games (ACG). However, being too commercial is not the main goal. The reason is as ACGC 2008 being the first time in Malaysia, we would want to do something different. Our main goal is to bring to the public, both young and old, a platform to learn and exchange ideas.”

It appears Times Square is fast becoming a popular hangout for anime otakus and cosplayers. Aside from the dodgy description above, they seem to have gathered a number of big name sponsors for the event, so lets hope this will be a grander event than the recent ACF2008. No word on who will be present for the autograph session at the moment, so be sure to check back here for updates.
